Cream Cheese Pizza
I was at the gym on the treadmill and the tv in front of me had a special on about pizza.... So I ended up at the store on my way home getting a few things I needed to make pizza with.

With the combination of my legs going numb and forgetting to get a snack before the gym, it wasn't a hard decision to cut it short on the treadmill and stop after an hour instead of doing my normal hour and a half to two hours. I really wish my legs would stop going numb and the back pain would go away, but my doctor doesn't think that will happen until after my surgery is approved. Which I'm in the process of appealing the insurance company now, so for those who pray please keep me in your prayers. :)

The Pizza Stuff:
 The ingredients measured out. This is 1/8 cup of cream cheese, 1/3 cup of sliced tomato, 14 pieces of pepperoni, 2 tbsp of chopped bell pepper, 1/2 cup of shredded cheese.
 Instead of using sauce I spread cream cheese on the low carb tortilla. I toasted the tortilla in the oven for a bit first and then it cooled off for a few minutes while I was cooking the sausage, so the cream cheese didn't totally melt.
 The sausage, moved into a bowl.
 Then I seared the tomato slices in the same pan that the sausage was cooked in and added some water so they steam instead of burn. Then I chopped them up some and added the peppers to cook for a bit too.

 Added some cheese and pepperoni
 Then added some more cheese, the rest of the pepperoni, the tomatoes and bell peppers.
 Out of the oven and ready to eat.

 The pepperoni. (Other brands can have carbs, so check the package!)
 
 This sausage is also carb free, but others had 7 or 8 carbs per link, check the package!
 
 This pizza sauce is the lowest that I have found so far. When I want to use sauce this is the one I use.

Another pizza without sauce, with tomato slices instead and a layer of shredded cheese under them. 
 With the pepperoni and more cheese on the top and ready for the oven.
 Out of the oven and ready to eat.

 This one was bacon and sausage.
 You can have it with a salad if you want to or just eat the pizza.

This one was pepperoni and bell peppers.

This one was hamburger, deli cheese slices, shredded cheese, bacon and bell peppers. 

This one was ground beef, grilled chicken, bell peppers and cheese.
