Italian Sausage and Peppers with a salad.

 Cooking the Italian Sausage.

 When they were browned I sliced them up into pieces.

 Then added the peppers and onions.

 I made a sauce which still needs some work.

 It's heavy cream, melted butter and cheese, as I said it needs work so I don't want to tell someone else to make it yet. LOL

 I had some of the leftovers mixed with a little broccoli for lunch the next day.
