Low Carb Tuna Melts
I wanted a Tuna Melt but I didn't want to use low carb bread, so I made some tuna patties and melted cheese on top.
I used no sugar added relish, mayo and tuna.
Just 1 carb per tablespoon.
The two cans of tuna, mayo and 1 tbsp of relish.
All mixed up with my youngest beagle hoping that I'd drop something.
I mixed in two eggs.
Warmed some olive oil in a pan.
Then spooned some of the mixture into the pan and smoothed it out a little bit.
Then flip it over to cook the other side when it forms up.
Then melt some cheese on top. You could also do without the cheese and just use some mayo or low carb tartar sauce if you don't want the cheese.
