What's Cookin in CJ's Kitchen - 20 of 90

Steak and Salad.
If the steaks are not grilled on the BBQ then I like to sear them in olive oil and a little butter while they are all seasoned up. This helps to lock in the juices and then you can cook them the rest of the way slowly in the oven under foil or just turn the heat down and finish cooking on the stove.
