I was going to cook enchiladas and the picky high carb eater who hates leftovers agreed to eat their leftover spaghetti for dinner..... I was shocked! They don't know what's gotten into them but they wanted spaghetti again. So I got off easy and nuked some leftover pasta-free lasagna for me and the spaghetti for them.
